★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Spicy Vodka Pasta Dreams Come True – A SoHo Favorite!Rubys in SoHo absolutely blew us away — especially with their spicy vodka pasta, which was hands-down one of the best pasta dishes we’ve had in NYC. Creamy, just the right amount of heat, and perfectly balanced in flavor, it’s the kind of dish that makes you pause after the first bite and just savor. We’re still thinking about it!The rest of the menu was also excellent — fresh ingredients, thoughtful flavors, and a laid-back yet lively atmosphere that fits right into the SoHo vibe. Service was fast and friendly, and even though the place was buzzing, everything felt smooth and welcoming.Whether you’re stopping in for a casual lunch, a date night, or just craving that iconic spicy vodka sauce, Rubys delivers in every way. Highly recommend — and don’t skip that pasta. Seriously.Five stars — and extra credit for making us consider ordering a second round of the same dish.
May 14 · HannahMy son Kevin celebrated his 40’s birthday in this place. Service was amazing. Food was great and my son’s private DJ was great. We had fun🙏❤️
November 27 · Altagracia MorelVibe was cozy and modern and there lot of seating which was nice on a Friday night - likely because this place is still new. Cocktails were average. Tried the Italian stallion which tasted like a regular Moscow mule - no interesting notes to it. The young grasshopper was nice and refreshing though.
September 16 · PrawallikaI had the most delicious pasta from The Ruby. They recently opened and the owner and staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. I highly recommend the gnocchi with pistachio cream or the lobster ravioli.
May 24 · Marco MartinoTook a chance and walked in for no reason-- best choice I made. Drinks were fantastic. Each one was definitely crafted with care. Only intended on getting one drink here, ended up getting a few and food. The burrata and lobster ravioli were both delicious.
