Nice selections on the kids menu and the regular menu is huge! So many choices! Plenty of parking and plenty of tables and counter space for dining! All four of us (2 adults and 2 children) really enjoyed our meal. The staff was friendly, food was 😃 great!

Atmosphere is great. Food is usual food in America - ok, but nothing special. Benedict sauce and onion soup was good, but portion sizes could have been larger. Service added 6 cents instead of 0 on the final check. So cheap!

Good food, good service, and Triple D approved! As a fan of Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives on the Food Network, I get a kick out of on our local diners being featured some years back. It’s a little more expensive than some other diners in town but worth it!

We visited The Stamford Diner recently on a family trip that included an appointment in the area.The diner is beautifully decorated, modern, but also takes you back in time. It was decently busy for a Monday evening, but our service was excellent!We were seated promptly, and our waiter brought us waters, almost as soon as we were seated. He was extremely friendly, and made sure to check on us a few times while I was busy browsing the menu.We got a variety of food: my son got the king to breakfast, My Husband got the meatloaf stack, and I got the crabcakes with a house salad.Our food was brought out much faster than I expected, and everything tasted delicious!After dinner, our server came to the table and wrote “ice cream?” Which I appreciated instead of him out right asking in front of our son. He brought a scoop of vanilla for my son and I ordered a “nut job” milkshake, which is vanilla and Nutella. It was divine!After eating, our check came very quickly Without us having to bother anybody.If we are ever in Stanford again, this diner will be a must visit for us! I would highly recommend it!

Everything you'd expect and more from a classic home town diner. This place delivers the goods. From the drinks, to the delicious breakfast lunch and dinner staples, to the pastries; you'll get that classic diner experience but high quality. I got the Guy Fieri special: bowl of matza ball soup and the hot open turkey sandwich. I especially liked the deserts.

It’s a very pretty place, old school diner vibes with a modern twist. I can only speak for what I ordered, I had the wings with garlic parm, the wings were dry and burnt unfortunately but the rub had a good taste. Everything on the menu was a lot more expensive than I expected for a diner.
