Great hidden Gem in Fishkill. Everything is fresh. Amazing Red sauce.. Gio was an amazing server. So sweet & attentive. The focaccia bread was lovely and I highly recommend the personal pizzas to start or share as It's actually very large for one person. Just Perfect. Everything else was wonderful as well. Ty Gio. Placed and order to go . I ordered a meatball parm and an eggplant parm . You say celebrating 15 years? Wow not Italian style at all! The worst yet I have had. The eggplant not thoroughly cooked. Long way instead of round slices . Your sauce is terrible like from a can. no Italian made that sauce. Your sauce needs to be relooked at and seasoned the right way. When you have a group of chefs not on an Italian level I guess u get crap! I was so dissatisfied.

A very nice place to stop and grab a bite in downtown Fishkill. The Tomato cafe serves some fantastic sandwiches and pasta in a cozy little cafe setting. The service was fantastic and the setting was relaxed. The side salads and the bread were delicious. My wife absolutely loved her pasta primavera dish and the ability to get it in a smaller half portion was appreciated as we were traveling and unfortunately couldn’t take left overs with us!
