I’ve been here twice when visiting my dad (we live in Maryland) but the food is always amazing and the staff are so friendly. We’ve eaten at the restaurant each time but they also seem to do a ton of carryout business so they must be popular!

Day before the 4th of July and seemed liked everything is closed. We really wanted sushi and luckily we found Tokyo Sushi in Haskell. Great family atmosphere inside with one wall plastered with hundreds photos of their diners. Food was delicious. Kani salad had a nice little twist with some added crunch. They offer lots of different specialty rolls. Tuna and salmon Sashimi were perfect. Service was excellent and prompt.

I am a frequent sushi enjoyer, and have tried from nearly everywhere in the area (Ringwood, Wanaque, Haskel, and Pompton). This place by far is the most consistent and high quality of freshness by far. The slices of fish you get on nigiri are generous, and the specialty rolls don't just taste like complete mush like a lot of other places fall victim to. Just enough toppings to retain a good experience and flavor.

Tried a new sushi restaurant and it didn't disappoint. It started with free appetizer and ended with a free dessert. With so many places cutting back this was a wonderful surprise. We had bento boxes and some sushi rolls that night everything was delicious.

Very good sushi restaurant. Love the fact that they take a Polaroid picture of you and post it to their wall. Basically a decoration of all their past happy customers! Great to know they are well loved by many people! Definitely recommend if you want sushi and some other Japanese food!
