Not bad but kinda pricy for food that was and is abit dry and the floor was abit slippery… since the staff finished cleaning the store but didnt bother putting up a sign.. the store overall makes me feel like im not welcomed I ordered the food for dine in and they still put it in a to go bag.. what’s the point of that.

I live in Jersey and I go to Tsaocaa in Secaucus all the time because it's one of the most amazing shops there is for bubble tea, ramen and wings. I love them. So when I was in Ridgewood and saw they had a Tsaocaa I was excited. Unfortunately this place was a dud. Their menu was very different. The bubble tea I had was just ok. The bobas had a weird taste. The wings were good. The fries were terrible. They were very greasy and had an oily taste not a potato taste. I bought food for 5 and we all had the same opinion about the fries. Also they don't sell ramen. Apparently the menus vary from place to place. The lady taking our order seemed very robotic. Lacked personality. That's easy to overlook if the food was good. Unfortunately this was a one and done for us. Not returning. Thank goodness the Secaucus location is 10 minutes from my home.

Quality and taste is not the same as the flushing store. I ordered 30% sugar for my drinks and they tasted like they were 70% or 100% sugar. The jelly used in the peach drink was lychee instead of tea/clear jelly which made the drink even more nauseatingly sweet. They also jam the drinks with orange slices and lime but they don't bother to squeeze the lime.

This was a very nice place to visit for some vol bubble tea and HOT tea. We got the jasmine milk green tea and I got the Peach Oolong HoT tea. It was perfect. You can add the sweetness to your desire. I only did 50% of sugar and it was still great !!! Thanks tsaocaa for an amazing experience. A must try out.

Best wagyu roll I ever had. And the Uni & toro roll. Omg. So delicious. My mouth is in heaven. I would def try their sushi again! Better than any average sushi places.
