It's the kind of place where the atmosphere is genuinely **Historic**, **Cozy**, and **Casual**, making every patron feel like a regular.
The restaurant focuses on quintessential American comfort food, offering high-quality dishes prepared to order. What sets Two Door Restaurant apart is its unique, focused menu structure. This style ensures that what is served is often a freshly conceived or perfected dish. While the menu is small, it consistently features fan favorites, with legendary specials on specific nights, drawing in crowds from all over Greenwich and the wider Connecticut area. These specials, such as the famous Chicken Parmigiana and the highly praised Fish and Chips, have garnered a loyal following.

It is a popular destination for both **Lunch** and **Dinner**, often serving as a lively gathering spot for **Groups** looking for a quick bite or a satisfying, unpretentious meal. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Small menu, maybe 5 items at most. And there’s actually to printed menu, written on a board in the back. Food was good, though would have ordered something else if I had options. Friendly and fairly quick service. They were having some kind of sports pool going on, a little hectic inside. And then go to leave and car is blocked in by someone inside. Had to go back in and search for the owner of the vehicle before we could leave. Probably won’t go back.
October 16 · Scott O'BrienI’m assuming they change the menu every day. There were 4 or 5 things on the whiteboard menu. I had the pizza cheesesteak. It was better than expected. Good bar lunch spot.
September 12 · Jim HustinsThis was one of my weirdest experiences ever. If you are a traveler in the area this is not the place for you as it's geared exclusively toward locals. We went here because the prices seemed reasonable when I was in the area for work. Walking in, no one greeted us. The bartender looked at us like we were stupid because we didn't know what to do. Finally he asked us what we wanted and we told him a table for two. He just gestured and told us to sit anywhere. It seemed weird to me that literally everyone was eating the chicken parm, but didn't think anything of it till we weren't given menus. The bartender acted like he didn't know what Dr. Pepper was? Well, my coworker got something else. He then told us he would be back for our orders after taking our drink request. Then when he came back I asked for a menu. He looked at me like I was crazy, then told us it was Chicken Parm day and we should get that. Well, I can't eat Chicken Parm, so I asked him what else they had. "I don't know, like a burger or something?" Okay ... what kind? "I don't know, cheeseburgers? I could put some chili on it?" Real things he said to me. Super weird, and uncomfortable. I told him a cheeseburger with no pickles and he almost shouted at me "You tell me what you want on it!"To their credit that burger was good. However, the chicken parm came out in like 2 minutes as if they had 12 of them made already. Then while I was in the restroom - which looked like a prison bathroom - the cook actually came out and told my coworker "Your buddy is going to have to wait because I have to fire up the grill." Seriously, where were we? It was like we entered another dimension where everyone spoke the same language but menus and the ability to talk to people don't exist. Our food was great, but it became clear if you are not a local this is not the place for you. They will confuse you, act like you're stupid, and treat your poorly here. Other reviews say the same thing, and they're right. Never going to Bizarro Universe restaurant again.
January 27 · Joseph JohnsonTwo door is amazing. They have a really good lunch service weekdays (burgers, grilled sandwiches, fries etc. It's not fancy but just really good honest food cooked to order. Chicken parmigiana on Thursday is a local phenomenon as are the Fish and Chips on Friday night. Both nights sell out fast. This place speaks for itself. There are few places with legitimate original character these days. Frequent them, embrace them and support them in all their rustic glory you'll be richer for the experience!
June 20 · Charles BrittThursday night is chicken Parmigian night. The chicken parm and their salad is great.A must..and you need to make a reservation
