They passed apps - giant cocktail shrimp, lobster, scallops in a wonderful sauce, and lamb chops cooked well and tender.The main pastas to start - truffle cream and vodka - both good, though I've had better. The dover sole was prepared very well, good size and bones cleanly removed. Dessert cake was good (they did the song for the birthday and sparklers might've been Scott's idea, not the restaurants).Overall very solid food and drinks, good service (somewhat absent between courses) and very useful space for groups.
June 04 · Hank ChangWhat an amazing experience! We ordered the lamb chops and the sea bass which was on the specials menu. OMG. Fish fell apart beautifully. The lamb melted in your mouth, I never knew it could be so tender and delicious! The waiters were all so attentive and constantly making sure dirty dishes were removed, waters were refilled, and any question answered or request was granted. We also ordered the lava cake which was definitely homemade and delicious. We will definitely be back!
March 31 · VKI recently had dinner at Valbella, and it was a delightful experience. It was amazing evening with my whole family including my daughters inlaws or are also my family for sure. We started off with the calamari, cooked octopus, zucchini flowers( fantastic) and Caesar salads . The calamari was perfectly cooked—crisp on the outside and tender inside. It came with a light dip that complemented it really well.For the main course, I ordered the double cut veal chop. It was cooked just right, juicy, and packed with flavor. Honestly, it was one of the best I've had; I could hardly finish it because the portion was generous! The rest of the family had the steaks lobsters and pasta dishes . All of them were 5 star rated.We tried a couple bottles of wine and I appreciated the selection they had. It paired well with our meals. To cap off the evening, we couldn’t resist trying one of their desserts. The cheescake was rich and satisfying without being too sweet.Overall, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing and amazing. I’d definitely recommend Restaurant Valbella if you’re looking for a great meal out. I know I’ll be back!
