★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I live near Springfield, Massachusetts and drive out of my way for hours, just to taste this amazing Ethiopian food. Their generous staff and impeccable food make it well worth the trip. The doro tibs, fasolia, misir watt and kik alicha are my personal favorites. The chef frequently comes out to greet every table to ask how our food was. One time, I mentioned that I gladly come from 5 hours away and she surprised me with a free entree for the ride home! I’ll never forget those kind of moments that make dining truly special. Whenever I’m remotely near New Jersey, this will forever be my first stop!
September 22 · LiamLoved the food, especially the vegetables and meat dishes. I’m so looking forward to having my food catered by them for an upcoming event. I didn’t like the legumes or cabbage as much, but everything else was on point. So on point! Oh, and the handmade Baklava (probably spelled that wrong), was a amazing!
June 25 · Janell RichisonSuch a great place to eat! Please support our local black business :). I loved the food and the staff were so kind. The owner personally came to my table to ask me how I was and how was the food.Run don’t walk there!! 🥰
April 21 · Jeniffer GAmazing food and service. Fresh, tasty, and good quantity. Everyone was very nice and our waitress gave great recommendations (tofu dish). First time and will definitely be coming back.
October 18 · Belen AWhat a great experience here! The food was yummy and the service was excellent. Gluten-free options are available. The place is clean, staff is friendly. The place is welcoming and the food is yummy… please note, Ethiopian food is consumed with your hands. There are utensils available if needed.Parking is on street and difficult. We were lucky to find a spot close by.The area can be kind of sketchy at times, and while we were there, several police were on foot and on the hunt for an individual.if you can overlook the other issues, it’s worth a trip.
