Look, it's Wendy's I'm not expecting a culinary masterpiece but as far as Wendy's locations go, this place is subpar at best. I've been here numerous times and the level of quality has definitely diminished over the years.The seating is what you'd expect from a Wendy's in 2025, haphazard tables throughout, no booths, it might as well be lawn furniture, but hey at least it's clean.The ordering process here is lacking, as they seem short staffed, but they're definitely inattentive. I order in, every time, and for some odd reason I'm not given a tray. It's like hey here's your food, hit the bricks. So I'll use the bag I'm given as a placemat...There's barely ever ice in the soda machine, the food is always slightly overcooked, so I always feel dehydrated after finishing and I know we can do better as a store.A little attention to detail is all it takes. And a smile wouldn't hurt, treat your customers like guests, not an inconvenience.They can definitely improve but if you need a quick meal I guess it's passable

I will own this, it's my fault for even going there. I'm a vegetarian, but every so often I check in at a fast food restaurant just to see if there are any new or healthy options. If you are in the same boat, I will save you some time and let you know there are not. The food is the same and just as greasy as ever! However, that is why I gave it three stars because to be fair, that is kind of expected at a fast food joint. So if you're looking for calorie dense carnivorous snacks, then this would work for your needs.

They didn't speak intelligible English, confused drive thru orders, then overcharged my credit card $13.18. They refuse to credit the amount and want me to drive an hour back again and ask for the manager. Wendy's "customer care" does not answer emails. Just lost a regular customer!

I appreciate that this location is open late; I usually go here after my closing shift. They're always nice and I always receive the food quickly and the same great quality as during the day.

Trying Wendy's is one of my wish list during my whole life.Finally, I came to US from Korea to try Wendy's!!! I was so excited.At 7AM, one staff was coming to start to work.I asked her "Hi, when do you open the door? 7AM?"and she said yes.but she didn't open the door even though there isn't any car was at drive through.I was waiting for her 15 minites more. but i could not try Wendy's burger and i had to leave because of my flight time.so i just took some pictures and left..when i left, i could see two cars was coming they ordered and got foods at drive through.i am so sad.. really sad..i never imagined a hamburger would make sad like that.is it kind of racism?i heard sometimes people don't get orderfrom Asian customers.
