Absolutely disgusting service at this Wendy’s. People were waiting on the line for 40 minutes to over an hour, and not a single person was taking orders. No communication, no urgency, nothing. Just people standing around confused and frustrated. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Management seriously needs to step in — this is unacceptable. 👎

The dining area is clean. The speed of service was adequate; it can be a hit or miss with the cashiers, though. Some are kind and professional. Some will look at you like you got two heads while dragging their feet and lallygag in the back. But for the most part, this place is decent.

So I went to Wendy’s with my wife and we made an order in the drive thru today at 8:20pm and the order was completely sloppy in the bag. Drinks were all not correct. That’s the negative part, but now let me get to the positive and why I’m giving a nice review. Kori the gentleman that was working the drive thru came to us when we walked in and took time to see why we were disappointed with our order. He took to the time to listen to us and correctly fix our order. His customer service was tremendous and we appreciate the way he treated us. Thank you Kori.
