Worst service ever. Very low quality food. Low quality management as well. missing items every order everything bullshit. What is point of this shop if you have no Buns at store for burger. Seriously is that Wendy’s!!! Worst store ever!! Only one person was working and all the manager and employees are laughing and playing TikTok! Damn!!!!! This store should be banned !!!

I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a simple order. While waiting, I saw multiple people placed and received their orders. A middle eastern/Arab female staff member (supposedly the manager) walked to the front.... I noticed she's the one who's been rude to me in the past and stopped me from going to that location for a few months (I belive I left a review on the experience).I can only only hope this wasn't done maliciously. Upon receiving my order, she just placed it on the counter in front of me and walked away. And that's after I told her about the long wait for a simple order.

This is by far the dirtiest, nastiest, most disgusting Wendy’s I have ever been to in my entire life. Let me break down why this Wendy’s is trash and will forever remain that way. This Wendy franchise is most likely family owned based on the cashiers literally calling their coworkers “uncle”. Anyways, since this is family owned, across the street from a busy park this location will always be busy with customers. The AC either doesn’t work or management purposely keeps it off to ensure their utilities isn’t running too high. The tables and floors are utterly atrocious and obviously haven’t been attended to at all throughout the day. There’s a homeless person literally camped out and sleeping inside. The workers are understaffed (becuase it’s family owned), they’re rude as hell. Either way I enjoyed writing this review & a case study needs to be developed about how corrupt businesses infiltrate a neighborhood don’t offer quality service & exploit profit out of the people without anything in return. I say all this to say, turn on the damn AC, clean the tables, and hire some more staff! The amount of money this business makes this shouldn’t be a request more like a minimum to operate.

Been living in this area all my life. Ever since this wendys got remodeled, this place has turn into crap. The new staff just stands around with blank stares. I waited almost 20 mins for my mobile order and thats 20 mins after I arrived (ordered my food 15 mins before arrival) so basically took 35 mins to get my food as I saw people getting their food literally right after they ordered on line. When I finally got my order, one item was missing. Been a customer almost monthly and I think this will be the last time I come here. This place used to be great. Now it feels like they hired random people who aren't serious about their job or customer satisfaction.

Great improvement from before. The atmosphere is bright and everywhere was kept clean. The service was not on my side as my mobile order was lost and never filled on time. My name was on the board then it disappeared. I saw people came in, pick-up and got ther orders before I got my order. Otherwise, the items were good, as usual.
