Terrible service. Every time I go there, the people working there turn their backs on me and don't take orders. There are long lines, and they're incapable of serving the public. There's a heavyset woman who wears colorful tights. Today, she's wearing blue tights. She's the worst service. She's unwilling, doesn't know how to greet, and throws things around. The worst service I've ever seen in a restaurant. And that woman's service is terrible.

Woman with the orange red hair at the drive-thru window around evening times had the most atrocious attitude, was giving us nasty looks. Had to ask for the total, mind you she never gave it to us and was waiting with a look on her face. Slammed the window open and close each time. Not even trying to be funny, never had this problem at this Wendy’s…not coming back.

Visited yesterday and the food was hot, fresh and the order was accurate. Everything was clean. The soda machines were a bit of an issue. One worked, the other didn’t. Staff however, could use a bit more training in terms of customer service and demeanor. This store is wheelchair accessible, has a great layout and clean bathroom stalls. There is parking available as well. It’s in a great location in this central area. I dined in as well as carried out.

The place was filthy!!! Table had soap all over it, food, napkins, straws etc on the floor WTH!!! Food wasn't fresh...room temperature. They need to do more cleaning and paying attention to giving customers fresh products than talking!!! Never will I go there again!!! The guy at the register was the only good thing about my visit!!!
