January 31 · Victor EncarnacionThis is the worst place ever, normally i would buy just a few things as needed. But today my husband and i went to buy bread and chocoflan and when i got home i put it a side to make dinner.I was told that the bread was fresh and normally it comes out in the afternoon past 12pm and when feeling and cutting a slice the bread was extremely stiff and stale. I asked my husband and family members if they tasted and felt the same. so i called the bakery to confirm if it was fresh bread the young lady on the phone said yes and when i informed her the bread was stale and stiff she stayed quiet on the phone; so i hung up and went with my husband to the bakery to show them. i also took the chocoflan as well just incase. we spoke to 2 young ladies before they called the older lady to let her know. she recognized me and started to get rude and defensive including getting loud. which caught me off guard and after going back and forth the older lady told the younger lady behind the counter “ya regrésale el dinero y que se valla a MORIR” technically to give me the money and to go DIE. which was really disrespectful and i repeated it back to her to confirm what she said and after her saying yes i said the same thing back to her. took my money and left. after seeing the way they treated me and said i’m choosing to never come back her. I would also be calling the health department to report the health hazard with the good and with expired products.
