When I went to McDonald’s on 3rd ave this past weekend, my experience was below satisfied. When I went to place my order on the Kiosk, the receipt got jammed. I pressed the “Assistance” button but no one answered. 😖 I was annoyed little annoyed but I tried again on the 2nd one; no receipt. I tried…again on the 3rd Kiosk, no receipt. Finally on the 4th one, I got my receipt.This is ridiculous man, the kiosks are supposed to make it easier for the customers to make orders and for staff to make them but what’s the point if they don’t work?🤦🏾‍♂️ All it does is just make it more difficult to place your order. Also, if someone presses the “Assistance” button then someone should actually “assist” the customer. If not, then get rid of the Kiosks altogether.

On top of that they made it very clear that they didn't want me to spend my money here by rushing me through my order at the speaker and asking "is that it for your order?" After everything I said. I recently took my grandchildren back to this particular McDonalds. My daughter had placed the order from the app , when I got to the location, food was not ready. The manager on duty was Pasqualla, I asked to speak to her, she did a phenomenal job straighten out the issue. May I add ,this location is extremely clean and I will continue to return.

Always great service and hot, well made food. Never an issue with my orders here and the staff is great. I would not recommend planning to dine in as the seating is limited compared to other locations.

McDonalds holds a special place for me as it does for billions and billions. It is tastu food that shouldn't be. It fills you up, makes you happy, keeps the kids (if you have them, if not, disregard) enjoying, and, let's be honest, it brings back memories of growing up.Negative? Prices. Why must the price be so high? Also, you fill out a survey and it's inpossible to redeem.Otherwise, this place is clean, the people are efficient, and they want to work / help. Love going to this one!
