We visited Bagel Boy based on its respectable Google Maps rating. I ordered the toasted egg sandwich with bacon on a poppy seed bagel. Priced at $7.25, it included two eggs. Unfortunately, it was quite dry and didn’t leave much of an impression. On the other hand, the plain bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and cucumber ($3.65 + $0.50 + $0.50) was simple yet tastier. Freshly squeezed OJ ($4.25 for 12 oz) rounded out the meal. With tax, the total came to $17.58. All in all, it was an average breakfast—not bad, but not noteworthy either.

Stopped in on a Monday Morning, ordered a scooped egg bagel with low fat veggie cream cheese and bacon. The bacon was done to the perfect crispness. Yum! They had a lot of options for types of bagels and spreads. It was nice to see that they had an oatmeal bar, cute!

My friend bought me my last sandwich from New York. I had the roast beef sandwich with brown gravy. I wish I had asked for extra brown gravy. I also had the cream cheese danish. That was so ono (delicious). When she picked me up from JFK airport July, 3rd, I had the everything bagel 🥯 with salmon. Was Ono (delicious), too.

Be careful ordering salads. They tend to dump a gallon of dressing in it even when you specify a very simple “very light dressing” request. Disgusting.Also why not mention since they started messing with the food apps you now pretty much have to wait 20-30 minutes to order regularly.If you’re going to make people wait that long and charge that much for food (that definitely used to be a bigger portion as of recently), at least get the food right.This isn’t a one off review I’ve been a regular for a couple decades and seeing the decline but after today I’m fed up and that’ll be the last time.

One of the best places un Brooklyn to get some bagels, egg sandwiches and anything else! Been going to this place for years and never a disappointment. Being open early in the morning in great cause I can get some hot food and still make it before my shift starts. The people who run the place are friendly and wonderful people. Expertly located near the subway and bus stop, stop by and pick you up a bagel, coffee or a muffin...for staters!
