Put ice cream in containers not meant to hold liquids so they spilled and literally arrived as melted mush after ordering on uber eats. This is supposed to be the banana split.

came here on a super hot day, and recieved incredibly thoughtful and great service - after i paid, i wasnt prompted to tip by the checkout screen - not that i mind tipping, but the level of service i recieved without expectation of a reward was really nice

We bought a pint and paid almost 9 dollars— got it home and it was not adequately frozen. Bring back Ben and Jerry!!!!UPDATE: The store manager texted me and told me to come in for a replacement pint. An honorable thing to do!

Such a gem on Broadway. I came in and was met with sweet smelling aromas of sweets & treats! The cashier was super friendly & I ended up getting Cookies and Cream w.Reese’s Pieces. I really had a nice afternoon treat waiting for my Uber. Will return soon with the hot weather approaching for a nice chill spot with delicious ice cream.They even had my favorite flavor, Milk & Cookies in stock.
