Smoothies are good(depending who makes it,) hence the four stars. Employees are friendly enough, but more so with each other rather than customers. Their cellphones are always out when I come in, which I generally don’t mind since it’s usually during slow times. However, this is consistently the case when I come in after trying to call ahead and place my order over the phone and getting the answering machine. Many times I assumed they were closed or just very busy and no chance to answer the phone, only to come in and see that not only are they open but they are empty with employees gossiping and rubbing their phones, blatantly ignoring another phone call. It’s not a big ask to have someone pick up the phone, you’d do more business if they’d make that change and maybe some sort of customer service training? A smile goes a long way. Also, consistency in smoothies, some male employees clearly have no clue what they are doing as nothing tastes right when they make my drinks. I can’t imagine it’s that hard to replicate the recipe, since I’ve had good experiences here more often than not, it’s just a lack of effort or lack of caring on the employees part.Thank you to the owner for serving our community for so many years now, I have been coming here for almost 2 decades. The owner is a great person and I’m sure if they were aware of certain employees behavior this would be addressed and not be a reoccurring problem.
