Today, while I was shopping with my friends, we passed by Blank Street’s café. It’s such a cool little place! The barista was super stylish and had this really laid-back vibe. I ordered a matcha latte, and it was pretty good—smooth and refreshing. But, yeah, it was a bit pricey.

Unfortunately this blank street is not it. Super super tiny / squished with absolutely no radiant energy or good vibes. The Americano was burnt, the latte barely had espresso flavour, and the baristas, are not jamming with high spirits. No seating. Feels very choppy / not thoughtful. Passive. Just truly not a hit, and such a shame, because it’s prime real estate and a decent chain.Will not be going back

Favorite every morning shop in the EV, they turn over best coffee, fast. Always remember your orders and talk life. It’s a tiny space right on the park, so constantly flooded with variety of personalities. Nicole and Ryan are a great vibe and keep this place always flowing smoothly, east village characters and all. Definitely a quick pop-in or pick-up spot, so be cool if it’s crowded :)

They remember my order, greet everyone with a smile, and always bring such great energy to the day.
