For a satisfying meal, the Burgers & Snacks section offers simple, reliable choices. The Bluestone Cheeseburger With Fries for $12.00 or the Lakeside Dog With Fries for $10.00 are excellent, filling options. The bar menu is surprisingly robust for a park cafe, offering a selection of popular canned and bottled beers like Corona ($7.00), local favorites such as Five Bouroughs City Light-Lager ($7.00), and seasonal choices like Montauk Summer Ale ($7.00). Furthermore, the availability of mixed drinks, including a Strawberry Margarita ($12.00) and various Sangria options (Red, White, or Rose for $12.00), provides a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere, elevating a simple park lunch into a more memorable experience.
While some customer feedback suggests the value of certain items like salads might be questionable, the general consensus on the atmosphere and the commitment of the staff remains positive. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is a Bluestone? Pay a lot get nothing. I ordered a general mix green salad ($14) and got mostly (romaine?) lettuce and tomato and slices of onion. In a plastic container. My friends who got "super" nachos got just chips only with goopy cheese. The only reason I didn't put one star was because the servers and cooks seemed conscientious. Atmosphere feels like a cheap place. There is outdoor seating.
March 23 · Kam MetcalfThe cafe will be closed during the best events of the summer - Gotham Roller Derby games. Why?
July 18 · Judith IngberThis is my goal to place for fresh chicken tenders in my neighborhood! They are made to order and freshly breaded. They also have delicious hot chocolate on the colder days.
January 30 · Walter WilkersonWorst service ever.Coffee stinks and when I am nicely asking for exchange to another hot drink they say no.No refunds. This is ridiculous.Never coming here again.Learn how to work in customer service. This is terrible.
January 24 · Dora RThe Staff are quick but on their phones, The prices are crazy 4$ For a Water/Soda!!! they started selling mini kosher black and white cookies for $3 Each! the pack only costs around $8 why so expensive?? They tell people that their hot chocolate is kosher but they don't say that its chalav yisroel! In short fast service but bad prices if your looking to get drinks dont go here unless your ready to spend 4$+
