This accessibility allows customers from various parts of the city to easily reach the restaurant for a dine-in experience or to pick up a takeout order. The surrounding area is a vibrant mix of residential and commercial establishments, positioning BurgerNow as a convenient, everyday dining choice.
Crucially, the facility is designed with inclusivity in mind, featuring a **Wheelchair accessible entrance**. For customers planning a visit to the restaurant, here is the essential contact and location information for BurgerNow.
Address: 133-42 37th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354, USA
Phone: No publicly listed dedicated phone number is currently available. Customers are advised to use the restaurant's online ordering platforms for issues related to delivery or takeout.
For the New York local seeking a dependable source for American **Comfort food** in Flushing, **BurgerNow** offers a clear value proposition focused on speed and access. What makes it worth choosing is its core operational promise: **Fast service** across multiple convenient platforms. In a neighborhood known for diverse, often time-consuming dining, BurgerNow offers a reliable escape hatch for a **Quick bite**.
The restaurant's emphasis on offering **Delivery, Takeout, and Dine-in** means that whether you are working late in an office nearby, relaxing at home, or meeting a friend casually, the option for a hamburger meal is readily available. The **Casual atmosphere** also ensures that the experience is relaxed and accessible, perfect for a mid-week meal or a family outing, as it is noted as **Good for kids**.
However, it is vital for New Yorkers to be aware that, as a business, BurgerNow must continuously strive for excellence and responsiveness. One customer experience highlighted significant issues, including receiving an incomplete order (missing fries and soda) and finding the main product—the burger—to be unsatisfactory ("super dry yet excessively greasy"). The absence of a readily available, publicly listed contact number was also noted as a major point of frustration for a customer attempting to resolve an error.
Therefore, choosing BurgerNow is a choice based on its potential to fill the **Comfort food** and **Quick bite** niche with excellent speed and accessibility. For the restaurant to truly succeed and become a long-term favorite in the competitive New York market, it must rigorously focus on improving quality control, ensuring every order is complete, and establishing a clear, accessible customer service channel. The restaurant’s foundational structure—fast service, multiple dining options, and a popular food type—is strong, but its commitment to product quality and error resolution will ultimately define its standing among New York’s discerning diners. As local customers, we choose to support the idea of a great neighborhood burger spot and encourage the continuous improvement needed to fulfill that promise completely.

BurgerNow Reviews
I had my food delivered through Uber Eats. It was an unpleasant experience and not due to the Uber driver but the restaurant themselves. The food was missing the fries and the soda that I paid an extra $6.00 for!! The food was not good either. The burgers were super dry yet excessively greasy. I did not enjoy it at all. They definitely need to work on a few things. Like checking the orders before sending them out, not over cooking the food and maybe getting a phone number so that they can correct their mistakes. I couldn't even call them to let them know that there were issues. I hope that they see this post so that they can improve. With errors like these, if not corrected, they won't be in business long. Very disappointing 😕 😞 😔
