The star of the show at CAFE 2BY2 is undoubtedly their innovative take on tiramisu. While some traditionalists might argue that a tiramisu must be coffee-flavored, this shop redefines the concept with a stunning array of flavor combinations. You can find everything from the classic original tiramisu to creative and beautiful options like Pistachio Berry, Mango, and Berry Tiramisu. These "tiramisus" are often described by customers as flavorful mousse cakes that are both visually appealing and satisfyingly light and fluffy. The adventurous flavors, like Seaweed Pork Floss Taro or Thai Tea Ovaltine, also showcase a unique fusion of Asian-inspired ingredients and Italian tradition, making them a must-try for those looking for something new.
Beyond the tiramisu, the dessert menu is a treasure trove of other delicious options. The "souffle rolls" are a highlight, with delicate and airy textures in flavors like Bergamot Vanilla and Matcha Raspberry. The shortcakes are another popular choice, with options such as Strawberry Shortcake and the unique Black Tea Chestnut Shortcake. For those who love mousse, there are several decadent flavors to choose from, including Pistachio Berry and Valrhona Chocolate Orange. Each dessert is crafted with a high standard for ingredients, ensuring a superior quality and taste that speaks for itself.
While the focus is on sweets, CAFE 2BY2 also offers a variety of savory items, making it a great spot for a light lunch or a snack. The menu includes fresh salads like the "2/2 super salad" and "chefs salad," as well as sandwiches and spaghetti dishes like Pesto Chicken Rice. This range of options allows the cafe to serve as a versatile spot for different dining occasions throughout the day. To complement the food, the drinks menu is just as exciting, featuring a great selection of teas, lattes, and fruit drinks. The Iced Strawberry Matcha and Coconut Matcha are particularly popular, offering refreshing and well-balanced flavors that pair perfectly with a dessert.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Cute little cafe with a variety of menu items. The indoor seating is super cute and seems like a relaxing place to chill. Absolutely loved the iced strawberry matcha. We tried a bunch of tiramisu as well. The pistachio berry one was probably our favorite. The Oreo mochi and chocolate crunch were also light and fluffy. Now for my standard comments. Location is clean and well kept. Unsure if there’s another entrance but not wheelchair friendly in the front.
May 09 · Christine LDefinitely a fun selection of tiramisu themed desserts. Personally, if it’s not coffee flavored, it doesn’t really give tiramisu - these are essentially flavored mousse cakes. Nonetheless, the flavors are interesting and the cakes are pretty. The place is cute and there’s a god amount of seating inside to enjoy your treats.I’d recommend going through their electronic monitor to see their entire menu which includes drinks since they don’t have those listed anywhere else. I tried their guava matcha drink and it really wasn’t that great. Got the pistachio berry tiramisu which was good.
July 08 · Christina W.Beautiful cafe with so many different tiramisu options. I tried the pistachio berry and the sea salt caramel - the caramel one was definitely my favorite. Also got an iced latte that was really good. The café has a beautiful interior and staff is friendly. You order through a QR code on the table, which is easy and convenient. Can’t wait to come back and try more - everything looked amazing!
July 05 · KorneliaSometimes me dumb.Like when me go to cake place with friends and miscommunicate what to get. Then we get 5....yes, 5...tiramisus the size of paperback novels. Then me turn into bloated me. It bad.But for realsies, I'm not totally mad about our impromptu cake tasting. It was the fastest, easiest and most gluttonous way to experience what Cafe 2BY2 was all about. The Durian Soybean ruled supreme with its moist pungency. That's right, moist pungency. Get this unless you hate durian. Then don't get it and ask yourself why you were born with shitty tastebuds. We unwisely (i.e. stupidly) ordered taro twice: The regular Taro Mochi, which was as light, earthy and purpley as taro always is. And the Seaweed Pork Floss Taro, which is the glow-up cousin to the Taro Mochi--AKA Taro with better hair. The Pandan Coconut was the easiest crowd pleaser because only dictators and depots hate the combination of grassy pandan and rich coconut. The latter was stronger, unfortunately, but that's often the case. The Earl Grey Chestnut was the weakest of the bunch, as it neither tasted like earl grey nor chestnut (except for that weird fettucine frosting that Asian chestnut pastries always seem to come with). I'd skip this if you love bergamot or chesty nuts.Wash down your ill-gotten booty with the refreshing Gardenia Lemon Tea or the heavier, richer Strawberry Matcha. You can't go wrong either way.Throw in the cute, floral, antique-y decor and surprisingly ample seating, and you've got a surprisingly stellar new dessert cafe/bar to go for after-dinner hangs when you're not feeling like ingesting ethanol.Might come back when I've learned better ordering skills. And lost some of the last tiramisu weight.
July 24 · Josephine LeeBeen here a couple times now and really wanted to be blown away by the unique and bold tiramisu flavors. I would say that, having tried a few, it’s not as much of a wow factor as I had hoped. I think they try to do a bit too much with too many flavors - the earl grey, for example, is already a strong enough taste on its own, but the chestnut adds a bit of nuttiness to it that didn’t really complement the earl grey. The mango sticky rice had the tase of pandan in it, which was once again a bit strange (especially given that they didn’t really advertise it that way). I think they should try to stick to one flavor and really excel in the recipe before trying to throw too much else on there.
