I ordered a panini, I observed the guy put the panini in the microwave for 1:11 and put it on the press for about two minutes instead of just using the panini press he had there. The panini was rubbery, the chicken was dry and the flat bread was soft so I essentially paid $11 for something that’s inedible. I’ve been coming here for months, and it will be the last time I get food from here. Absolutely terrible.

Been coming here for months, usually getting the same thing and it is always good. But there was some miscommunication and cheese was put in my food, and I brought it back saying I cannot eat it because I will get sick and was treated super rudely as if it was my fault.Guess I'll be finding a new place

What I love about this place is their fresh juices. Everytime I get one it picks me up. The one called Hangover is my favorite. Prices are decent for NYC. The staff I have interacted with are always very nice.
