UPDATE: I originally gave this Carvel a bad review. But I’m changing this to a 4 because the supervisor contacted me back within a hour and apologized and was able to rectify the mistake. So their customer service turned to be excellent.——————-Terrible online service. Ordered a soft serve sundae with strawberry syrup & whipped cream. Received a sundae with Strawberry AND chocolate syrup. I hate chocolate syrup. They also messed up the ice cream sandwiches, which were supposed to come with sprinkles. Then when I call to let them know, it’s a GOGGLE phone number! 🤷🏽‍♀️ 👎🏽
