Always great to go to an old-school Carvel. Got a sundae just like the ones I'd have as a kid. Service was friendly and the ice cream is great.

I’m black walked in wasn’t greeted. This white skin nice lady came in and was greeted and asked if they could take their order The lady looked back at me and pointed to me. I told the lady to go ahead my daughter was undecided. I only came because my daughter was begging to go for a few days however there’s a recent review about a fly and an ice cream and there’s a older review about a roach

Carvel ice creams are the best especially the strawberry. The combination of the moist cake, creamy ice cream, and sweet strawberries is a taste sensation that will leave you wanting more. The cake is perfectly soft and the ice cream is so smooth and rich. The strawberries are juicy and add a burst of freshness to each bite. It's like a party in your mouth! I can't get enough of the deliciousness that Carvel has created with this dessert. It's a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth and loves starberry shortcake. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Worker extremely rude. Asked multiple times if my shake was made with the crunchy in it with no response cause she had her air pod on. After she went to charge me I asked again and she said you never asked for that. So she opened the cup and just tossed some in. The cap wouldn’t close so I asked her for a new cup and she asked why I needed a new cup. If she doesn’t want to listen or make a shake right she should find a different job.
