In a city filled with dessert shops, FINE & RAW Chocolate stands out for its unique blend of artistry and dedication to quality. The main reason to choose this shop is its unique product. Unlike mass-produced chocolates, FINE & RAW's treats are made with an artisanal approach, focusing on fine, often raw, ingredients. This results in a chocolate that has a more complex and robust flavor profile. For those who are health-conscious, their use of unroasted cacao and organic ingredients is a major draw. The chocolate hazelnut spread, in particular, is a product that has a devoted following, and it's something you won't easily find a substitute for.
The experience of visiting the shop is also a key factor. As a working chocolate factory, it provides a unique opportunity to see the production process in action. This behind-the-scenes view adds a layer of authenticity and appreciation for the craftsmanship that goes into every bar. The cafe setting is perfect for a quick escape, whether you want to enjoy a hot chocolate or a piece of their chocolate right on the spot. It feels personal and intimate, a welcome change from large, impersonal chains.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1**Been a customer for years but never again!** I ordered a gift for my nephew becasue they said they would add ice packs. I paid for 2 day but they shipped it on a Thurday and it was not delivered till Tuesday. The package got hot enough for the hazlenut spread to ooze out of the lid. Customer service does exist. I got an email from a bot with no followup. I'm going through my Amex to get a refund since they just don't care enough to contact me about this problem.
July 07 · Jennifer CollinsWe ordered the easter eggs and chocolate hazelnut spread for our kids for Easter. The eggs came, the hazelnut spread never has. The eggs were completely melted. I have reached out to their customer service 5 times with no response. I will never order from this company again because of their customer service alone.
April 22 · Leigh BookerBought one of their chocolate bars at a health food store in Southern Indiana and it was absolutely some of the best chocolate I've ever tasted. Some of these poor reviews must be from competitors, because seriously, the self control I had to excert to not eat the entire bar in one sitting was unreal! It seems like some people are used to the over-processed, chemical ridden chocolate we have here in the states and don't appreciate the high quality craftsmanship of this chocolate. 10/10 would recommend. If I'm ever in the area, I will certainly stop in the store front. It must be even more exquisite fresh!!!
February 20 · Alison HendricksI ordered some chocolates to be delivered to my mom in Naples, and everything about the experience was perfect! The packaging was excellent, very impressive given the Florida heat. The chocolates arrived in great condition, and my mom hasn’t stopped raving about how delicious they are. Thank you for the care you put into both the product and the delivery!
May 12 · Brittany BeltzIf you do not like dark chocolate, DO NOT buy this product you will not like it. I purchased multiple favors (sea salt, ginger, expresso, everything bagel and the spread) and all of them have been a disappointment. I enjoy sweets and was trying to find an alternative to all the refine sugar and seed oils chocolates out there. I really though this was going to be it and decided to try multiple flavors to pick a favorite, however, they are bitter than I anticipated, some of the flavors are not as pronounced as described and the price is high for the amount of chocolate you get. While I can’t talk about the quality of the ingredients, I want to assume they are as good as they claim but even with that, I do not consider this product a good alternative unless you really like dark chocolate. I reached out to their Custome service to share my thought and hope for some refund, they explained that it is food and they can’t accept them back, I totally understand. Also, I know a lot of people are out there trying to scam companies, so I totally get their response. Word of advice, if you are trying these products, don’t get Wow by their marketing, their flavor are bitter due to the concentration of cacao and to me they are not worth the money. Good luck!
