The way this company responds to people's reviews just goes to show the level of professionalism they exude. Telling someone they haven't gotten out much because they left a review on a cake, which was as dry as the sahara desert, had absolutely no fruit and 85% of the cake was all frosting is absolutely unaceptable and unprofessional. But then again these are the same people offering free flan to a customer afyet thier child ate a moldy cake, just sad and pathetic. First of all we do not make the prices for your cake, you do. If the cake had cost $60 as you said we would have been even more upset. If inflitation is a problem and the cost of eggs and other supplies are too much for you to provide customers with the delicious, Dominican Cakes in which you are promoting then maybe it is time for you to seek a new profession because by the looks of most of your reviews the majority of consumers are dissapointed in your dry, cheap, and fruitless non dominican cakes. You guys do not even have a professional store front for anyone to go in person and purchace a freshly made cake. We have had no choice but to purchase cakes which you guys just let sit on supermaket shelves for weeks at a time drying up and catching mold. Just last week I removed 2 of your cakes off of Antillana's Supermarket shelve because they were cracked, dried up and full of mold. According to them those cakes had just arrived a few days prior and were supposed to have a shelf life of atleast another week. Clearly quality control is non existent in your company. But then again you don't even have a warehouse so we might have just been buying hand made, cheap boxed cakes from the back of someone's kitchen this entire time. Do better.

The biggest scam. I just ordered a small pineapple cake which cost me $20. The cake was literally almost all frosting. It looks like a pretty decent size but when you cut into it literally half of the cake is just a mountain of frosting. There was hardly any cake in the center and absolutely no pineapple whatsoever. A complete rip off. I will never again purchase from this bakery again.

The Tres Leches is disgusting and I wish all of these mexican and latin restaurants would stop serving this and just make their own. The worst part is that when I order it from restaurants, they don't even tell you it's from this bakery. It has a strong medicinal after taste and you cannot convince me that the cake base isn't jiffy cornbread mix from the box. I saw another reviewer comment on the horrible aftertaste and they are 100% correct. Avoid buying any of their pre-packaged slices.

I ordered a dominican cake. The design I asked for was no where near what I asked. The suspiro was melting. When I addressed the owner she gave me an attitude and said the cake was fine and acted careless. I understand people make mistakes, but there’s no need to lie and catch and attitude when addressing an issue. It just shows lack of customer service. The first picture is what I asked for but with a lilac color. The second picture is what the bakery gave me.
