I would like to say, customers service is HORRIBLE! That chinese guy with the glasses is HORRIBLE AND RUDE! He always has a got damn attitude! He needs to do better. Never want to listen to customers and he is always jipping customers out their food. Should be no reason why i have to ask him to put all my FRIES in my platter! He goes to say “fries are a extra cost” so he was going to charge me $3 plus dollars for the REMAINING of my 3 FRIES!? He need to do better and learn how to speak English in a area with People speaking ENGLISH!

Overall experience is okay compared to their price. Their cheesesticks are nice, but always slightly overpriced compared to its quality. This place/franchise has potential to be very valuable or prehaps best fast food place in the local community or drive-in customers, if they consider their menu and how to stay competitive in the fast food industry.

I recently tried Charlie's Cheesesteaks and Wings, and it did not disappoint! The chicken wings were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Definitely worth the money—great quality ingredients and a spot I’ll be coming back to for sure. Highly recommend if you’re craving wings done right!

My first time ever writing a review. This place is absolutely disgusting. I got a cheesesteak and had to get my money back there was no meat on it. Then my coworker split his sandwich with me and the chicken was dried out.. the fries weren’t even cooked. Worst dining experience of my life. Disgraceful
