I came in to pick up an order with a friend and I was delighted to see that the staff was so friendly and attentive. The line almost went back to the door so I can imagine people were definitely enjoying the service as well. I spoke to the manager and she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. The setting was very clean and surprisingly homely.

Sad to see so many negative reviews. I came here the second day after it opened and on a Friday evening. Much like everyone else it is super busy and crowded I don't bother getting on the line and just do mobile ordering. The wait time is about 15 minutes which makes sense with the volume. The people who did the mobile ordering were kind and helpful so that was a plus. Just got to find the best time to come because evening is swarming with youth and lunch has a rush. They don't offer Uber eats either even though I am close so hopefully they can solve that issue and the rush lessens. Overall decent location.

I ordered a salad and i added extra nuggets. I only received the regular amount of nuggets from the salad. Which is 8 plus 1. I also ordered an additional 5 nuggets. I should have atleast 18-20 nuggets in my salad. I was ripped off

This Chick Fil A is a month old, and there’s still long lines to order food. Even with ordering through the Chick Fil A app, it does take more than 25 minutes to get the food. And even when you arrive, the order is still not ready. But the workers were still nice. I do have to give them props for dealing with large amounts of customers. There’s also not enough tables to sit here, they’re all taken when you arrive. People usually just eat in their cars in the parking lot or take it home.As for the food, it was ok but a bit expensive. I ordered fries with my meal but got a Mac and Cheese instead which I’m not really mad at, it wasn’t bad but no fork or spoon for it. Chicken sandwich was a bit cold. And straws and chick fil a sauces were included without asking for them which is a plus! FYI: Always check your food bag before you leave to make sure everything you ordered is correct!And there still no delivery available thru DoorDash or Uber eats even if you live nearby in Co-Op City. I think they can’t handle all these orders at once.It is nice to have a Chick Fil A here in Bay Plaza, I just don’t see what all the hype is about for this restaurant. Hopefully within months, the lines will dye down and maybe the food and service will be better.
