Went here for Mother’s Day. The service wasn’t great. Had to ask a bunch of times for refills, missed items and assistance. The chips were from the bottom of the bag - all broken. The steak was well cooked and delicious. The broccoli was undercooked. The salmon and pasta were liked by family members. The cookie skillet was overcooked. I go to Chili’s at a different location which is great fairly regularly and I probably will not be returning to this Ramsey location.

We were greeted warmly when we entered the restaurant and seated immediately. Our waitress, Chani, was very pleasant and professional. She kept refilling my hubby’s drink without him asking. We ordered a to-go cheese quesadilla for our daughter (she didn’t want to come out.) I ordered the 6oz guiltless sirloin with asparagus & a house salad (they charged almost $6 for the tiny salad!) My hubby got the mango iced tea and a 10oz sirloin with mashed potatoes & broccoli. It was all very delicious!!The only reason I rated the food 4/5 stars is because Gluten Free options were not offered. (Yes, I can order food without gluten here, but I really wanted a burger!)I love that they are open until midnight- helps those of us who are traveling and arriving late in the evening due to traffic!Definitely recommend Chili’s in Ramsey!

I can’t express how much we were happy to find/visit this wonderful place. Customer Service is wonderful, focus on your needs, they go extra mile just make sure you have everything you need. We had birthday cake with us, asked if I can use their fridge while we are eating as the cake started melting 🙈 . They were more than happy to assist. Could say just no, because it was coming something from outside. Clean spot. Warm Environment, Yummy/Healthy Food 🍱. What else you wish for your road trip!!! We stopped by with friends for lunch. Wish they had branch in NYC, could visit often.Seasonings 🧂 absolutely spot on. Chicken, shrimp, steak 🥩 everything was juicy & delish. Burger 🍔 tasted so fresh. Pasta 🍝 yum-yum. Highly recommend.

The 3 for you meal deal can’t be beat. Awesome alternative to going to a diner and saving $$$. Food was solid. It’s obviously a chilis so you’ve gotta manage your expectations but for what it is it was great.I went with a buddy around 8:30pm and food came out fast but service after we received food was non existent.Foods salty ask for less salt. The chips especially.
