Went to Chili's for a quick bite after a movie. Service and atmosphere was great. Had a Patron frozen margarita, which was good. Ordered fried Mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, which was way too salty. For my entree, they made a mistake and sent out a regular chicken sandwich which I ordered the crispy chicken, bacon with Guacamole sandwich. Waiter was very nice and accommodating. The chicken and fries were a bit salty which I couldn't really enjoy it the way I wanted. We also had the mushroom swiss burger, which wasn't too bad, but for the triple dipper we got honey Chipotle chicken, Mozzarella and boneless wings which was also too salty for my liking.

Had lunch at Chili’s Westbury today and the food was amazing as usual. Our server Kerolous went above and beyond catering to our every request in a prompt, professional and friendly manner, making our visit an amazing experience. The floor manager Leanne was exceptional as well.

Dae was very attentive and his service was amazing. I asked for his recommendation on a drink and it was a great choice. He continued to check in to make sure our drinks and food was okay and I really appreciated that. My girlfriend and I will definitely return and hope that we have him as our server again. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at Chili’s! Kerolous was outstanding. The food came out fresh, hot, and flavorful. The portions were generous, and everything tasted even better than expected. The service really stood out—our server Kerolous was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Overall, Chili’s delivered on both quality and hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
