Chili's is comfort food. Familiar and welcoming. This location right by the woodbury mall area is very convenient for shoppers after a long day. We had the fajitas and fried mozzarella cheese.

I need to go to Chili's in Harriman, NY once in a while as my family likes it. I can never find anything to order. It's a weird menu. I got a crispy chicken sandwich, was on par with McDonald's at 4x the price. The chips and salsa are great. The servers are always very nice. Sometimes the music is too loud. We never have to wait for a table. They had Sam Adams beer on tap which made me happy.

Morgan, our waitress, provided my party with the most attentive, warm, and excellent customer service I have ever received. Her unreasonable hospitality sets her apart from any server in a 5 star restaurant! Highly recommend this location, as long as Morgan’s your server
