My wife and I visited Citizens of Chelsea for the first time, and it won’t be our last. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming—and a huge shoutout to our server, MIA, who made the experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.We shared a few plates and loved every bite. The Classic Breakfast , the Banana Bread French Toast, and the Vegemite Flight: cheddar biscuit served three ways (with butter, cheese, and smashed avocado) was a clever and delicious twist.Great food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a standout brunch spot in Chelsea.

Excellent food and service! Everything was so delicious, fresh and creative. We enjoyed the pancakes, the chorizo bake, and much more! We had a large party of 12 and Fernanda, our server was AMAZING! She was so sweet and accommodating as well as Ben, the manager. We will DEFINITELY be coming back! Just be sure to make a reservation! It gets very busy but you won’t regret it!

This place is so good!! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Mia was such a sweet and helpful host. My sister and I have birthdays this month, and she went above and beyond to get us mimosas on the house and take cute photos for us. She was such a vibe and so fun to be around. We’re definitely coming back!

Best choice I could’ve made for breakfast on a Saturday! The food is delicious and the staff is super welcoming. Our server, Mia, was amazing, charismatic, and incredibly kind which contributed to my experience being so positive. It’s easy to enjoy tasty food when everyone is in good spirits. Shoutout and thank you (x82737) to Mia for being so attentive and for making me and my mom laugh.That said, we ordered the granola bowl, cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich, vegemite experience, banana bread french toast, and iced chai lattes. All to die for!!! Can’t believe I am just now trying this place… I can’t wait to be back!

Really solid breakfast option with some massive servings for both the pancake and French toast dishes. I tried the banana bread French toast which was deliciously rich but so decadent I could only eat one of the two French toast. Highly recommended and most couples or pairs could probably share a dish. Also their hot chocolate was sensational.
