★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Delicious food and wonderful hospitality! From start to finish this was a lovely experience. We were greeted by the chef and owner who graciously explained the menu and specials to us. Our espresso martinis were some of the best we’ve ever had, if not the best! We loved trying the deep fried pizza, which the owner explained is a special technique from Italy. The restaurant is spacious and airy and it was such a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. After a wonderful meal, we were delighted to try the tiramisu, which was such a wonderful surprise from the chef!Genuine hospitality at this level is so rare, and we are excited to return soon!
July 19 · Lindsey ColemanMy husband and I stumbled upon this hidden gem just a few blocks from our place in Brooklyn, and wow, what a find! The vibe inside is the perfect blend of Brooklyn edge and Italian charm, cool, cozy, and effortlessly welcoming. The owners and staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.And the food? Absolutely incredible. The calamari was crispy and packed with flavor, the lasagna and carbonara were next-level, and the drinks were perfectly balanced and refreshing. Honestly, this was one of the best meals we’ve had in NYC. A true top-tier dining experience, we’re already planning our next visit!
August 02 · Bruna BrocatoWas craving some Italian food and stumbled upon this restaurant. So happy my google maps didn’t let me down, this place had a great atmosphere and delicious food. My husband and I are both adventurous eaters so we got to try a type of Sicilian pork jelly, it was soooo good!! Refreshing and light perfect appetizer dish before our main meal. We both enjoyed our dishes a lot, the pasta with pistachio pesto was delicious and my husband got a lamb couscous that was also very good, they did not skimp on the meat. The service was impeccable as well! 100% recommend and I can’t wait to be back!
May 28 · Vanneza BobadillaI came by myself, craving some authentic pizza. Greeted by authentic conversations with the owner/chef and a grounded atmosphere, I knew I made the right choice. The pizza literally transported me to the airy island of Sicily. PHENOMENAL. The quality is undeniable. He shared the traditions behind the dough and you can taste the difference.100/10 will eat here again. Music is good too.
June 28 · Mia RossHad high expectations. Ordered the much recommended lasagna, and tagliatelle ragu. Lasagne was heavy , both being 7 layers, and ate dry. The sauce between the layers was heavy on béchamel and lite on tomato or sauce at all. There was little of cheesiness mozzarella or sauce to make it taste juicy. The other sauce also felt heavy and this time just from the sauce not being saucy cooked out tomatoes . The pasta needed balance and it ate like concentrated tomato with meat. We did enjoy complimentary tiramisu (albeit served in disposable plastic) and the fried calamari appetizer which came with pasta sauce and its consistency which I could have appreciated with the pasta . Perhaps we didn’t order the right dishes but not dying to come back
