I paid over $60 for a cake that looked like any other cake from the supermarket, I asked the men to put "We love you Patrick" The men put "We love Patrick" so the lady who was there tried to fix it but the letters look like "bad" I also asked the men to please "no flowers!" to make it more for a boy because it was for a 17yo. May 07 · Natalia Cole PrzybylskiI used to go there often because the food and pastries were good, but today (5/28/2024), they had me waiting almost 15 minutes to serve me. The store wasn't full; they were simply extremely slow serving two people before me (and not big or complicated orders). When they finally acknowledged me and I ordered some dessert, they told me they don't accept cards for amounts less than $10. So I wasted 20 minutes of my day there for nothing. Not even an apology. Sorry, but I'm not coming back ever again.P.S.: I appreciate the apology, but I find it incomprehensible that they would rather lose a regular customer for not accepting a six-dollar card transaction, even more so knowing that they've made them wait too long without serving them. Sometimes some concessions must be made out of logic and consideration of the circumstances.
