Ordered online. Double charged on my card for no apparent reason. Spoke to store, they said they only see one transaction and to give it time. Next day, 1 transaction is reversed but another charge for a higher amount is placed. Called the store, they said they only see one transaction and can't really help me. Not only have I been charged twice, Tip amount has been increased and charged. Can't speak to a manager for 2 days now, very shady operation going on at this location. Terrible feeling when the store rep says I can't do anything for you. I been a dominos customer for years, after this I don't think I'll ever return.

This store has terrible communication. I ordered one large pie, but right after placing the order, I realized the store was 24 miles away from my house. I immediately called and explained the situation to the person who answered. She kept translating to her manager in Spanish, but he kept refusing to cancel my order. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Very unprofessional store.
