Hi,I usually love Domino’s, but tonight left me really disappointed. I was looking forward to a good meal, but my order took over 2 hours instead of the promised 35–45 minutes. By the time it arrived, the food was cold, the drinks were wrong, and the pizza wasn’t even cut through.The Cinna Twists were hard, and no one answered when I tried calling the store. It honestly just felt like nobody cared, and that really stings because I usually trust Domino’s to do better.I hope something can be done to make this right

I recently made an online order, it was picked up for me so the person picking it up had no idea the order was incorrect. When it got to my home, I immediately called the store I was initially put on hold for 15 min then hung up on, I called again, this time I explained the situation, they put me on hold for 20 min then hung up, this game went on for 2 1/2 hours, yes HOURS. Finally a "Manager" came on to tell me that since the order was an online mistake they could do nothing about it. This is a totally acceptable answer, what is not acceptable is that it took over 2 hours to get it and that once I explained this to the "Manager" there wasn't even an "I am sorry for the wait, or this was a mistake on our part I will speak to the works" nothing. No wonder the reviews for this location are so bad. FYI I almost always have issues with my order and just chalk it up. But never again. A lost customer.

Nothing says your orders coming right up like the only guy in the store having a full conversation with his wife on the phone taking his time. When asked why he believed it was a good idea his response was “my wife is more important than you”… family man. Love it. I called the West Haverstraw location, It took 13 minutes for an associate to pick up the phone.after that I was placed on hold for another 30 minutes. i then decided to drive to the store. After I arrived the the store I sat for 8 more minutes and then I decided to asked if there was anybody available to take my order to which and employee responded no there no one to take your order, I explained to the gentleman I was on hold for 30 minutes and his reply was I “can take your order but it would be 40 to forty minutes wait” You guys need to invest on better customer service.

Solid, reliable food choice. Might not be glamorous, but it is some tasty, high calorie pizza. With the online deals, I got the price of two medium pizzas below 15 bucks.
