They don't use any gloves to prepare the food particular when it's pasta I went over there today and the girl is cleaning her hands in her clothes while she's putting the noodles from the pasta that I order inside of the plate and she grab it with the hands dirty I will appreciate it that you guys put some gloves particular when it comes to put the toppings or serving the noodles it's very understandable for the pizza you got to use the bare hands but for the noodles grab it with your hands dirty I don't appreciate it

After you place an online order they enter in the system that the order is ready for pick up but once you arrive they tell you they need 10 more minutes. This way they can claim they perform fast online orders. Scam

Really good pizza, but the manager is super rude for no reason. Not my first time getting attitude from him over asking for help with an order, on the phone or in the store, and now I can see plenty of other reviews say the same. Unfortunate bc their pizza is good, but the manager seems like he absolutely hates being there and wants everyone to know he's in a bad mood.

The store messed up a pizza order I went to pick up in the cold weather, and when I called frustrated over it the manager gave me attitude instead of being understanding. Maybe instead of having a tone and being rude with the customers you’re supposed to be providing a service to learn to do the one single job you have correctly can’t really afford to eat shit over sloppy half assed food at the high prices you’ve now changed it to 🙂

Very uneven slices lesding to broken slices, not good for sharing a pie.No garlic on the crust.Extra icing $1 not included order.Not 1 Italian involved.Pick up order was denied after payment because of not having my I.D and debt card.I had order number and email and whatever else to identify myself, they made me walk back 1/4 mile. 4 walks = 1 mile for my i.d and card. Then another time they never asked me for anything except my name. Unbelievable.
