What truly sets Dreamery apart in the competitive New York food scene is its commitment to variety and quality across three distinct culinary types. For a local user, this means unmatched convenience: a single trip can satisfy cravings for a morning pastry, a hearty lunch, and an afternoon treat. The menu is structured to serve patrons throughout the day, starting with satisfying Mexican-inspired breakfast items. Selections like Huevos Rancheros ($11.00) and the hearty Huevos, Papa Y Chorizo ($12.00) provide a substantial start to the day. For a quick morning bite, the Chorizo, Potatoes And Cheese Empanadas ($4.50) or the sweet Conchas ($3.00) from the bakery are excellent choices, catering perfectly to New Yorkers seeking both speed and flavor.
As the day progresses, Dreamery transitions smoothly into a fantastic lunch destination, rooted in authentic Mexican flavors. The taco selection is impressive and affordably priced, with options such as Pollo Taco Lunch ($4.00), Al Pastor Taco Lunch ($4.00), and the slightly more premium Birria Taco Lunch ($4.50). Beyond tacos, the menu includes satisfying lunch items like Tinga De Pollo Tostada Lunch ($5.00), various quesadillas (including Mushrooms for $7.00 and Zucchini Blossom for $8.00), and the unique Izzy Nachoes (Regular for $13.00). The availability of items like the Elote ($4.00), or a Mango Chamoy Spritz ($7.00) for a refreshing drink, further showcases the menu's authenticity and appeal.
However, the initial draw for many is the "Ice Cream Shop" element, which is the perfect conclusion to any meal or a standalone treat. While a full menu isn't explicitly detailed, customer reviews prominently feature the vegan soft serve, which is highly praised for being "Super creamy and flavorful" to the point where "you’d never guess it’s dairy-free." This focus on high-quality, dairy-free alternatives makes Dreamery a vital spot for customers with dietary preferences, aligning with the growing demand for inclusive dessert options in NYC. The dessert selection is rounded out by delectable bakery items like Churros ($3.00), the seasonal Pan De Muerto ($5.00), and the decadent Cronut ($6.00), ensuring that there is a sweet indulgence for every taste. The genuine commitment to excellent customer service, as highlighted by multiple patrons, transforms a simple visit into a truly positive experience, making Dreamery an outstanding and worthwhile choice for any local resident seeking a delicious and genuinely welcoming place to dine and treat themselves.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely loved the vegan soft serve here! Super creamy and flavorful you’d never guess it’s dairy-free. Huge shoutout to Harris at the register for the excellent customer service. He was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely coming back! 🍦💗
July 24 · Rose PonHonestly, the best thing I can say about this ice cream is that it is cold. These days we’ve got places like Van Leeuwen, so it’s not enough for ice cream to just be vegan anymore, it should really also taste good.By the way, this is not the fault of the people working here, but it is kind of funny that a self-service place still asks for a 20% tip when you pay.
June 06 · HenryPro tip: Get all the soft serve twists!! Literally every single flavor is a must try. Couldn’t pick a favorite and the best part about it… I didn’t need to limit myself to just one. How often can you get horchata, mango, pistachio, raspberry, vanilla, and chocolate in one soft serve cup? Dreamery BK lives up to its name. It is a dreamy spot in Brooklyn with cute knick knacks and people all around.
August 24 · Emily FrenkelLiterally spent my whole break(30 min) waiting for 2 tacos and a tostada. I wouldn't recommend this place for a quick bite they take forever, the cashier was really nice but the reality is they el molino is on the next corner and that is actually homemade heirloom corn fresh tortillas and also the max I have waited there is 10 min.
September 13 · Stefania LepeI love the concept of this place but the INGREDIENTS ARE CRAZY. The second ingredient is palm oil, it also has kernel oil, canola oil, maltodextrin, high fructose corn syrup. This is unnecessary cheap ingredients. It is out of integrity to put these cheap poisonous ingredients in ice cream and charge the prices they do. Coconut sugar, coconut oil, olive oil are healthier ingredients that better support your community.
