I am writing to share a deeply concerning incident regarding food safety at this location from about a month ago. After I placed my order, another customer accidentally took my iced coffee and drank from it. They were kind enough to alert the staff to their mistake.However, I was shocked to overhear the manager—an older lady in a hijab—instruct her staff to simply pour out the remaining drink and refill the same used cup to serve to me. This cup had been drunk from by a stranger and had a straw hole in the lid.I had to intervene and specifically request that they use a new, clean cup. While they complied after I spoke up, the initial decision to reuse a contaminated cup is a major violation of basic health standards. This is not only unhygienic but also dangerous. I strongly advise other customers to watch their orders being made here, as I'm concerned this cost-saving practice may not be an isolated incident.

The service was good but after I made my purchase I asked if I could use the restroom and was told no, I can clearly see 2 bathrooms and they are blocked off by a sign saying “employees only”. That’s not good customer service. Why have bathrooms if your patrons can’t use them!

It's not good that the servers are always in a bad mood, when we ask for something like scan the QR code for the dunking poins ..they don't like it like they are in a rush and also when they scan the QRcode some how we never get the points

I asked to go to the toilet several times.I needed to wash my hands, there are no hand washing facilities in the restaurant. Covid still exists in the world and people still die from it.The worker said the manager had closed the toilet and he didn't know why. I really wanted to go to the toilet, the more I made an order. I wonder if such rights are protected in the USA? Tell me who knows? In addition, the worker told me to go to the restroom at a nearby Burger King. Restaurant manager, is this behavior okey for customers?
