Walked inside the store while the employee was cleaning. Made me wait almost 5 minutes while he finished cleaning and came to the register like he was ready to take my order. I tried to order a coffee and employee tells me they’re closed.Also had a mobile order a month later where the employee made me wait until she finished serving everyone on the line before handing me the completed coffee behind the counter even when I told her I had a mobile order. People walking in after me got their items before me. Defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

I use this place daily for the past 3 years as it's near my house i buy mobile orders between 1-3 times a day. They changed staff the old staff was nice polite saw me coming in i got my things in seconds. Almost never big lines. The new staff every day I go in there is huge lines and that's bearable but they dont know how to make the food and beverage. Mix up every 2nd order and my hot coffee that I usually buy is cold everyday even when they make it fresh on the spot. I officially stop going in in going to other dunkins in the area. If youbare the owner or manager please fix it before you have nothing to fix.

Mobile ordering is useless. They take too long preparing an order. They wait until you come in to complete the order. New owners with new management is required. Staff is oblivious. I had to leave to catch my train. They owe me a sandwich and I better receive it.

The store is very clean . But as far as service goes it horrible ! Staff look like they’re not interested in being at work. The cashier asked one of the worker for a bagel cheddar twist he bagels my order up and toss it on the counter completely distasteful and no regards for customers . I had to ask the cashier to heat it up my order and gave me my order in the same raggedy bag . First and last time going to this place . Bring in younger well mannered staff that doesn’t give off bias Rapport

Clean place and beautiful atmosphere. Sadly the staff is horrible. The females in particular. Extremely lazy and rude. Ordered ahead a coffee and got there about 7 minutes. The place was not busy just about 2 customers who just lounge at the tables. I waited an additional 6 minutes for my basic coffee because the only workers there were chit chatting towards the back. They did see me walk in. This is a regular occurrence every time I go to this location. Ppl waiting to long for their orders because the workers are not working
