Holy hell! This is probably one of the worst locations in all of New York. The women are incredibly slow, ignore customers and a simple coffee to take 30 minutes to get even when the store is empty. I even tried ordering an event with mobile order. Got there 20 minutes after my order and still have to wait another 15 minutes for the order.Every time I go, the women are more focused on talking than working. I walked in today and there was a guy who was clearly irritated at the situation and I asked him how he been waiting a while. He told me that he was a local and a regular to the place and that he constantly has to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a coffee. I am buying my own disposable cups and brewing coffee at home!

Probably the worst Dunkin in the area. They regularly don’t have nitro but will let you order it on the app and then once you show up they just offer you the regular cold brew instead.If you don’t want to stock nitro then don’t offer it for purchase

They had me standing there for 30 minutes waiting to place a order as they continued to do the mobile orders so I left and won’t come back

Not exactly the best dunkin I’ve been to. My drink was watery and thus barely tasted of coffee. The cappuccinos we had ordered were good tho.They kept messing the order up at the register so we eventually gave up and just went with it. I don’t think the cashier understood us very well, which definitely is a problem when you’re working with customer service.OK-place.

An up-to-date typical Dunkin’ Donuts, but the staff was not welcoming and more concerned about their online orders than the customers in front of them-The order took forever!!
