Went there today and ordered through APP. Label specifically states I ordered brown sugar cinnamon cold brew with pumpkin cold foam. They give me no cold foam and then argue with me it's 75 cents extra and that not what I ordered. The label clearly states that's what I ordered and paid for! Make what the customer orders not what you feel like making them.

I ordered a large hot chocolate and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. What I got was 6 donuts and 2 small spilt coffees. I called the store repeatedly, they never answer. The Dasher said that they kept on insisting that this was my order. I don’t know anyone babes Pauline. But I do know that Pauline must be angry for getting my small order. I’ve never been inside of this place personally, but now I know that I never will.

The only reason I am writing this review and giving the place 2 stars is because I made an order in the UberEats app and I made a mistake. I called the place maybe like 10 times in efforts to fix that mistake, and no one picked up. They were open and preparing my order, but could not pick up the phone.
