This facility is great for 3 reasons. The 24 hours availability along with the drive thru is two reasons but Karim who is the Morning employee that takes the orders through the headset at the drive thru. I literally come to this facility for his service. He is funny but very impressionable. Thanks for having him apart of your team. He never messed up my order and he goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Thank you

Management here is rude and disrespectful. This is a franchise in Washington heights and the boss harasses his customers! He called me Spanish and said he couldn’t understand my English.
