The friendly and prompt service in this branch makes it feel like a kitchen rather than a place where you pay money to buy food. The staff are an amazingly hospitable smile, and welcome their customers. This should be the standard at all Duncan follow.

When they're overwhelmed they really are overwhelmed you can order an advance on a mobile app and you still have to wait for your stuff. Also there are times where I will put my order in and they do a half ass job on my order. Sometimes their coffee doesn't taste strong, or they burn or under cook the food.

I came to this store to order bagel with grape stuffing and look what i got . i requested additional grape stuffing and she wanted additional money for .40 cents for a small piece of grape stuffing and she is arrogant /nasty and refused to give me additional grape stuffing unless i will give her additional .40 cents . bunch of money hungry and please go somewhere else . i will not patronize these kinda money first before customer satisfaction .

I went back since my mobile order was wrong. I realized after I left the store and took the sandwich out of the bag. They took the sandwich and gave it another customer, after I took that sandwich and touched it. I would hate for that to ever happen to me. I thought they had to throw it out since another customer touched it.
