Dunkin in the Bronx is AWESOME. I live in Pennsylvania and Dunkin in the Bronx, no matter which one you go to, cause I went to a lot of them. They were amazing. They tasted so good. The coffees were great, the donuts were so different from ours back home. They just had such good flavor and the service. I'll tell you, the men and women in the Bronx are just so..... Well, they are as sweet as their donuts. I love them. Thank you to all of them.

COVID and being understaffed and overworked but when you pay for a service you want a good outcome.The two ladies were so sweet and welcoming, Sharmin gave me such a big smile and a munchin. The woman who made my drink checked the back to ensure she had the proper ingredients. If you dont enjoy Tajin dont order the Magonada. The way she made the drink was well balanced. I will definitely be returning to this location.Cleanliness: Great!

do not shop here. they allow the homeless to hang inside and harass customers. the manager as you can see in this pic never wears a mask. place is disgusting and needs attention by the health department. yikes and nasty

Horrible experience. The app place order when I hit the cancel order button. This employee said no manager was on duty in the store at the time and I must come back tomorrow because he can't do anything now. Then he try to force me to take the food. Has no clear knowledge on how to help customers.
