I had a horrible experience here. The manager is a crook! I was charged $10 for a six dollar drink and never received my receipt and when I asked, I noticed a charge for two dollars for a doughnut and I asked why did they do that? they said that they didn’t have an option to charge me for the chai that I wanted to add, However, in a another location, they made it possible without charging me.

Stopped by for some old-fashioned donuts and a latte with oat milk. They were fresh and the cashier was nice

These workers have a horrible attitude. I came in for my pickup order late and they flat out denied me service because “it wasn’t placed while I was clocked in so it’s not my problem”. The order was never completed, but they refused to make my order or give me a refund. They were extremely condescending and rude towards me even though I approached them with respect. Literally just go up the block they are much nicer.

It's a small space and it's cheap coffee. Designed to give you the rush you need to get out of here and get to work.You don't want to sit down here. Actually it's not a sit down place, there are no seats. If you're looking for experience, Starbucks is the place.Like all extremely fast food services based on time, the quality can be bad. That's just part of the job. You're not at Starbucks and not at a diner or local coffee shop where quality is a big indicator.You're at the coffee equivalent of McDonald's. Which isn't a bad thing if you're only looking for quick coffee, quick snacks and quick service.Keep in mind, please speak slow when adding things to your order to give the cashier's time to put it in the system when taking you. They're not just cashiers but they also have to put things physically on their screens as an order on top of listening to you at the same time. They're multitasking. For example:"Can I have a medium coffee..""Medium coffee.""With 2 shots of caramel..""2 caramel..""And almond milk.""Almond milk.""That's all."For your own sake please take your time. It makes your day faster. I do it and I get great service all the time.

I'm a paramedic and went in to get something to cool off since is extremely hot and the worker was on the phone as I waited in front of him for the entire 8mins that I waited. He did not say if he was not in service or could not serve and just stood there talking on the phone. HORRIBLE service in this place and I don't recommend it
