Ordered a small matcha latte from this location got to the bottom of it and it had plastic inside called Dunkin and was told the store manager would contact me but I never received a call or refund this is disgusting as someone who works in a kitchen I know food safety and this is a serious issue

Employee have difficulty to understand…I order strawberry dragonfruit with lemonade, they gave me Ice tea with strawberry dragonfruit . When I ask the employee is it with lemonade she said yes it is …but it’s not.

This is a Dunking Donut with no Donuts. The manager gives attitude. Everything finishes early, do not know why they are open.

The cashier lady’s are super rude in the morning giving attitudes. Order online and went to pick up when asked where my order was they were just rude. I have order here multiple times and with the cashier they are ALWAYS RUDE. The guy on the other hand is the only great-able and friendly one. If you don’t like to do your job why are you there?
