I just placed a donation order through Dordash, of which some arrived THAT I DID NOT ORDER! In addition to being OLD AND HARD!!!! It's the second time I've ordered here and I decided to give it a chance but it was an absolute mistake. I DEMAND THAT THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE A TERRIBLE IMAGE OF THIS BRANCH. IT'S HORRIBLE. THEY RUINED MY STOMACH.

Coffee here is better than some of the Dunkin’ near it. It’s in a good and convenient location. Before running errands on the weekends, we do the drive thru to get our coffee. Been here a few times the last few months hoping each time that service would be better next time, but today is the last straw. The people who work the drive thru orders always look so miserable and unhappy. One time this summer, we asked to have munchkins that are not in the cups that they pre-fill because those tend to be all melted and sticky. What we got? Munchkins that were in a bag that were taken from those cups. Melted and super sticky. Today, we had to repeat our orders at least three times. When we got to the window, it was still incomplete. We had to pull up and wait for them to finish the order. I had also ordered an avocado toast (first time). I don’t know how that qualifies as toast when the bread is super cold. Add the cold avocado spread to it and it feels like chewing on ice.

Ordered via DOOR DASH and they messed up my order. I ordered 3 donuts and an iced coffee. They sent the dasher to me with 1 donut and a coffee that was only half full!! Unacceptable.

Always a great experience at Dunkin’! The coffee is consistently fresh, and the donuts are always delicious. The staff is friendly and quick, even during busy mornings. Whether I need a morning pick-me-up or a sweet treat later in the day, Dunkin’ never disappoints!

Always go to this Dunkin Donuts on my way to work. Food an drinks are always great but sometimes you can be waiting for a bit inside or outside and they forget items. Today I placed mobile order through the drive through and they are usually on point with getting all the items but today I didn't receive. Anytime you try to call the store it rings for about a minute then went busy. Wanted to get refund since we were charged for an item that was never received. Ended up calling customer service and they were a great help! They said money back to my acct would be 14 days so instead they added more points back to my rewards!!
