Be careful and ask for your bills correctly. My friend and I were charged twice. She only ordered two iced coffees and the lady there treated customers with discrimination. When we went to make a complaint, she provided very bad service.

First time here and it’s a Sunday, 7:35pm and it looks like they closed early… the women working there literally watches me go to the door and says absolutely nothing… it’s not even 8pm yet. Hm

Horrible. Slow service. Long lines. Parking lot dirty. Inside very dirty. Always get my order wrong. I refuse to order in line because noone speaks English. Go to another location if you can.

Great place to get your coffee the way you want it. The staff are exceptional. One time I walked in 5 minutes after they closed and the lady was happy to assist me. Great customer service.

HORRIBLE 😞 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….. I ordered an ice caramel macchiato from the app like I usually do. For some reason the drink didn’t come out properly. I asked one of the ladies that normally makes my drink if she can make it and the manager came over and told her not to make it in Spanish. The gentleman started talking about me in Spanish to the other lady and the manager and I full understand Spanish. So now after 3 people touch my cup the manager is asking me if I want an extra shot of espresso; I declined. I told the manager I’m not going to argue with you; I stated you can either have the other lady make me or new one or give me a full refund. The manager throws my drink out and walked away. I waited 10 additional minutes and I then walked to the register, and asked for a refund. The manager eventually gave me a refund of $7 ( my drink cost $6.38.) It took a total of 31 mins before I received a refund at the store. I don’t recommend any one to go this location. No one deserves bad service….
