The staff were too busy chatting among themselves. I waited for five minutes and no one started preparing my mobile order. Eventually, I had to ask if anyone could take care of it. They reluctantly went to make my coffee and sandwich and even asked for my name—despite there being only one order in the system! Absolutely ridiculous work attitude. I sincerely hope this place shuts down.

BAD PLACE never come back.. bought ice latte when I got it the color is white! I tasted in front of the lady ! Told her there’s no espresso inside! And she was telling me she will charge extra! I order it everyday from other Dunkin’ everyday how would I not know if this has coffee taste or not! Then after driving away I opened my sandwich, it’s burned! What a nice place

Visited this Dunkin’ on 03/08/25 at 4 PM, and the service was disappointing. The employee was on the phone the entire time, barely paying attention to my order, which she got wrong. Even after I ordered, she continued her conversation and made me wait an extra five minutes, despite there being no other customers. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend this location.
